There are a handful of dormitories in Trekroner that you can apply for through S.dk. Here, you can also find student housing from all over the country.

Although S.dk has a large number of the country's student housing options on its website, it does not include them all. There are several student housing options that require other application methods, so it is always a good idea to google student housing in the city where you want to live.

Ungdomskort

When you’ve been admitted to RUC, you can order a public transportation discount, which can be useful if you need to commute to RUC. You can order your public transportation discount at ungdomskort.dk. However, the youth card will only be valid from the official start of the education, which does not include the introduction period. It is also a good idea to read on the official website about the terms of being an exchange student and getting a public transportation discount, as terms may vary as a non-EU student.

SU

SU is the danish state’s educational support, which gives economical support to danish students during their studies. But you are also able to get SU as an exchange student if you meet certain criteria. The easiest and most common way to earn SU as an exchange student is by being from the EU and working a minimum of 10-12 hours a week during your studies. But there are also other criteria that you can read more about on SU.dk
