How to RUC has a great guide on how to set up the different IT systems so that you are ready to start your studies without any problems. To find these guides, you first need to go to your class and then to the module “Learn about the IT systems.” Here you will find guides for Wi-Fi and email setup, how to print, book rooms, download your schedule, and much more!
The most used websites
Owa.ruc.dk
This is the website where you can access your RUC email. You can also book rooms and send meeting requests through this platform. If you want to learn more about how to book rooms, check it out at How to RUC.
papercut.ruc.dk
You can print on all of RUC’s printers through Papercut. All students have 700 free print credits per semester, which can be used as "payment" for printing. If you exceed these credits, printing will continue to cost money. If you are unsure about how to print, check the guide on How to RUC..
Intra.ruc.dk
RUC’s intranet is the place where you can find all relevant information related to your studies. However, it can be a challenging site to navigate, so if you are looking for something specific, you can always ask a RUC staff member for advice.
moodle.ruc.dk
Moodle is the website where you can see all the content from the different courses you have. It is therefore where you find everything you need to read for your lectures. Here, lecturers and course coordinators can also send messages to students, so remember to keep an eye on them to stay updated on your courses.
stadssb.ruc.dk
It is on Stads where you register and deregister for your courses and projects, as well as the place where you can see your exam results.
study.ruc.dk
Study is the website where you can download the calendar for your upcoming courses. If you are unsure how to download your calendar, check out the guide on the website. How to RUC.

eksamen.ruc.dk
On the digital exam platform, you can see which exams you are scheduled to take and their deadlines. However, it is only when approaching the start of the exams that you will be able to see these details.
